Thomas F. Shannon, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Tom Shannon is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Strike Holdings, LLC. He has been actively involved in the company's management and the formulation of its marketing and expansion strategy since its inception. In 2001, he was named "Bowling Proprietor of the Year" by Bowling Journal International, a leading trade publication. He is a graduate of The American University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, and of The Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at The University of Virginia with an MBA degree.

Stephen M. Goglia, President and Chief Operating Officer

Stephen Goglia joined Strike Holdings, LLC, in October 2001, after acting as a consultant for various clients while working with National Restaurant Consultants, a company he founded. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, he was a joint venture partner with PF Changs China Bistro Inc., locating, acquiring, developing and opening 10 restaurants throughout the United States. Prior to joining PF Changs, Mr. Goglia held the position of East Coast Director of Operations for Buffets Inc., overseeing the daily operations of 42 restaurants in the Northeast region, from Delaware to Portland, Me. While with Buffets Inc., he spearheaded the development of the company's restaurants on the West Coast and was directly responsible for the opening of more than 12 facilities prior to his East Coast post. Mr. Goglia has held various positions with Host International, W.R. Grace Inc., the Restaurant Enterprise Group, The Reise Organization and the Marriott Corporation. Mr. Goglia graduated in 1983 from Florida International University in Miami with a degree in hospitality management. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

Brett I. Parker, Chief Financial Officer

Brett Parker joined Strike Holdings, LLC, in January 2001. His duties include oversight of the accounting, finance, legal, information technology and construction functions of the business. In addition, he oversees the management of the business-development process. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Parker was a Business Development Analyst for SL New Media, where he negotiated and implemented more than 100 partnerships. Prior to his work with SL New Media, Mr. Parker worked in Operations and Technology at Citibank and in Corporate Treasury at CS First Boston. Mr. Parker is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Business Management.
